There is a big handicraft market called Fundo del Fierro in Plaza San Francisco behind the old prison. In one of the shops there you'll find alpaca-wool crafts from Callalli (in Colca Canyon). Also, very good quality alpaca and wool products you can find at Alpaca 111, on Jerusalen. HAve a nice time shopping!
