There is the Muyuna Amazon Lodge and Expeditions, which is 120 km from town, before San Juan village (it's easier to make expeditions from there). They offer packages of 1 to 4 nights for groups of 2 or 3 people. They usually cost between $140 and $250 and include everything from transportation to food, guides and trips. They can pick you up from the airport if you want.
