You cannot book anything or make previous arrangements iat Lake Titicaca. You'll do this when you get there. Usually, you are sent to stay with a family which can also prepare your meals if you like (or you can just take the place without meals, because it's cheaper). Anyway, there are some restaurants on the island. Take water with you as there's none on the island.
