One of the 5-star hotels in Lima is Sonesta El Olivar, on Pancho Fierro in San Isidro. Many visitors that are in Lima on business stay there, so maybe you'll like it too. It's very modern and luxurious and has a lot of facilities like a garden and swimming pool, restaurant and coffee shop. As you can imagine it's quite expensive (over $150) but the price includes the tax.
