Near the Parque Kennedy (on Martin Olaya), there is the Cafe Cafe. I've been there once with a friend and I liked the atmosphere. I think they have about 100 types of coffee to choose from but they also serve sandwiches and salads (I didn't try them). It's the kind of place where rich local people go.
