Lima is completely full of internet cafes, so you wouldnt have any problem finding one. In Miraflores, on Av. Benavides 455 or Av. Pardo 610 there is Econoavisos internet cafe, providing international and national calls, downloads and copy on CDs, prints and copies. The price is 0.5 US$ per hour, open 8 am to 12 am all the days.
