Try at casa de cambio LAC Dolar, which I recommended because you would get good rates, its safe and fast, very helpful and reliable, they receive 2% commision on cash and have TCs for Amex, Citicorp, Thomas Cook and Visa. Its located close to Plaza San MArtin, on Jr Camana 779, p 2.
