My girlfriend and I are almost broke so we need to find the cheapest hostel possible in Machu Picchu.(give a different answer) .
There are actually 2 hostels in Machu Picchu with the lowest price in all area. One of them is called Los Caminantes, it rents rooms for 6 $ per night,and its located near the railway just beyond the old station. Then there is Hostal Samana Wasi with the same rates, on C Tupac Inka Yupanki.
