There is a serpost agency (postal office) just off the plaza, right between the Centro Cultural Machu Picchiu and the Galeria de Arte Tunupa, next to the HeliCusco office on the railway line. You might find the telephone office on Calle Collasuyo, there are also phone boots around town.
