grizzly's question: I would like to know if there are tours of the tea plantations in Machu Picchu.(give a different answer) .
There are organized tours at the the tea plantations and the Casa del Té (the Tea House) where you can see how the leaves are picked up and then ground over rocks, or dried over a fire. In the end you can taste a glass of fresh iced-tea. Isn't that cool?
