On the first 2 weeks in February there is Fiesta de la Virgen de la Candelaria during which all kinds of dancers and bands from the nearby towns compete in Devil Dance or 'Diablada'. You can check out the festivities at night on the streets (it's better than the official thing set in the stadium).
